The beginnings of the GRAND Hotel and Restaurant date back to 1932, when the Astra Hotel was first opened to customers. The traditional and exceptional setting in the heart of the town of Chlumec nad Cidlinou now offers above-standard gastronomic services. The capacity of the newly renovated restaurant provides countless possibilities for use - from family celebrations and corporate parties to romantic candlelit dinners. In addition to the weekly menu, the GRAND Hotel Restaurant in Chlumec nad Cidlinou offers a regular menu in line with modern trends. The restaurant can accommodate up to 80 guests, the lounge will seat 30 people.

Our catering company organised its first wedding reception more than a decade ago. From the very beginning, we yearned to fulfil the dreams of hundreds of clients who asked us for help in planning various events. Small wedding receptions, family celebrations and birthday parties gradually changed into events for up to hundreds or even thousands of guests. We continue to grow, accept new challenges and are able to keep learning new things. Situated in the heart of Chlumec nad Cidlinou, the GRAND Hotel has become a new base for us – a place, where our journey to fulfil your ideas begins. We cordially invite you to our newly renovated restaurant, which can provide you with an attractive setting for your business meeting, an intimate atmosphere for a romantic dinner for two or just an opportunity for a cosy lunch.
